Shri Ravjibhai Patel, the chief promoter of the Fanidhar Group belongs to a family of farmers. Because of this he gained extensive experience in dealing in farm land and farmers. He built his business intelligence working as a director on several Adani Group companies and today he is heading in his own family business for more than 30 years. He is a constant source of inspiration for his two sons who have ventured in agro sector trading and project development under his tutelage.
Shri Krunal Patel, aged 34, is the eldest son of Shri Ravjibhai Patel. He is young, dynamic enthusiastic and an enterprising businessman with passion for agro parks development and agro trading business. He is the Chairman and Director of all companies of the Fanidhar Group. Shri Krunal Patel, also born in family of farmers, has gained a macroscopic exposure to agro crop cultivation farming practices and trading in variety of farm produce. He is well connected to many agro processing companies in Gujarat. He has shone as an investment portfolio manager for past 10 years, managing investments for his company.
He did his BBM from Bangalore University and has attended a prestigious course on Finance and Business Management from La Trobe University Australia and Nanyang Technological University Singapore. He is also an alumnus of Cambridge, and received a Cambridge International Diploma on Customer care from University of Cambridge London. His zeal to learn was strong and he attended a program on executive excellence from Jain Institute of management studies, Bangalore (Karnataka) and has excelled in several games at Panchgini, Maharashtra.
In view of his academic studies and achievements, he possesses an astute understanding of the process of goal setting, validation of investment choices, building up a business line, and investment portfolio management.
Shri Rushabh Ravjibhai Patel the younger son of Shri Ravjibhai Patel has valuable experience in designing and implementing systems, policies & procedures in an organization to achieve financial discipline and attain an overall efficient system. He is a Director of all Fanidhar Group companies. He spearheaded the development of Management Information System, Capital Budget, Strategic Implementation on Planning and Budgets and Forecasts.
He did his BBM from University of Bangalore and has attended short term courses in Business Management and Economic Development at City of Düsseldorf, Germany and a workshop on China Business Environment at Fudan University. He has also attended Business and Finance workshops in Cavendish College England. He continued his leaning process by attending workshops like a Management Development Program at ISBM Weggis Campus in Switzerland. He has also completed a program on Global Leadership from Jain Institute of Management Studies Bangalore (Karnataka). During his school days at Panchgini, he was an active sportsman and participated in various sports activities and competitions

The plant will provide a direct market to food processing units with crop specific cluster development for agriculture and horticulture crops cultivated in Gujarat.
